The Austrian Federal Theatres are the largest theater organization in the world. The three stage companies - the Burgtheater with its venues Akademietheater and Kasino am Schwarzenbergplatz, the Vienna State Opera and the Volksoper Wien - as well as the ART for ART Theaterservicegesellschaft are united under the umbrella of the Bundestheater-Holding.

Application Management (f/m/d)
Full Time/1010 Vienna/as of now

The following tasks await you:

• You are responsible for the further development and administration of our ticketing system
• In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive forward the continuous optimization of the system
• You will support change and release management, manage system rollouts and design the associated processes. You will also be responsible for requirements management, system conversions and integration tests
• As a system administrator, you will be responsible for system configuration and authorization and license management. You will also create guidelines and instructions and ensure compliance with them across the Group
• You will advise users on requirements and system adjustments, support their implementation and monitor quality standards

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in IT or ticketing
• Experience in the introduction of software solutions, ideally in the ticketing area (preferably JetTicket)
• If possible, sound knowledge of project management, experience with MS Teams, Jira an advantage
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and high customer orientation with a focus on digital sales
• Analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,791 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualifications and professional experience. The advertised position usually ranges between € 2,791 and € 3,500 gross per month for full-time.
