The Austrian Federal Theatres are the largest theater organization in the world. The three stage companies - the Burgtheater with its venues Akademietheater and Kasino am Schwarzenbergplatz, the Vienna State Opera and the Volksoper Wien - as well as the ART for ART Theaterservicegesellschaft are united under the umbrella of the Bundestheater-Holding.

Project and Process Manager (f/m/d)
Full Time/1010 Vienna/as of now

The following tasks await you:

• You will manage strategic projects (primarily CRM project management) or work on them
• As a process and project manager, you will make a significant contribution to further development in the areas of CRM and ticketing. You will act as a hub and organizer between our sales, marketing and ticketing departments in the context of strategic projects and process improvements
• You will therefore also be responsible for supporting or moderating decision-making processes in workshops and meetings
• You will manage progress and ensure that the project runs smoothly
• You will work on the further development of process management in the area of CRM

Your profile

• You have a degree in business studies or relevant professional experience and a good understanding of ticketing and customer relationship management
• You already have several years of experience with large and complex projects, preferably related to the IT sector
• You have already gained several years of PM experience in supporting change processes or digital transformation processes
• You are familiar with different PM approaches (agile/classical)
• You have very good IT skills
• You also think creatively and strategically You see challenges not as obstacles but as opportunities and find innovative solutions to overcome them

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,791 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualifications and professional experience. The advertised position usually ranges between € 2,791 and € 4,000 gross per month for full-time.
