As a strategic planner and mediator between our subsidiaries and the Federal Ministry of Housing, Arts, Culture, Media and Sport, the Bundestheater-Holding plays an important role in the direction of the Austrian Federal Theatres. The Bundestheater-Holding is responsible for the administrative agendas of the entire Group, such as payroll accounting for all employees in the artistic, technical and administrative areas, financial accounting and Group coordination for ticketing. The commercial department is responsible for the budget and controlling, while the human resources, organization and legal department is responsible for matters such as collective agreements, organizational development and legal issues. The Construction and Building Affairs department is responsible for the building management of the theatres.
A position at the Bundestheater-Holding therefore means a responsible position in a multi-layered administrative spectrum for the most famous stages in the world.

Yes, depending on the position and team composition, interviews can also be conducted in English or other languages. However, we would like to point out that our corporate language is German.
